federal income tax return,

Form w2,

evidence of income,

social security earnings statement, and

proof of assets

-Not all. Just provie the copy of the tax retrun of 2015 and W-2, and the employment verification letter from your spouse's employer. Don't need to provide the I-864 and not need to pay the I-864 fee (i.e. AOS fee) to NVC because your case is employment-based.
