今天上移民局網站查到我和LD的485都 approve了，首先想在此感謝8老師一路以來的答疑解惑。
其次還有幾個問題想請教8老師：
1.LD帶baby本周回中國探親。現在隻是在網上查到485approve,並沒有收到approval notice和actual green card.之前給小孩辦的travel document.現在這種情況是不是屬於綠卡通過了，這樣小孩仍然可以拿travel document入境中國嗎？
-Yes. Your child needs the Chinese Travel Document to travel to China becuase he/she was born before you got the green card. But yor spouse needs to get the green card stamp on the passport in the local USCIS Office to travel. green card yet.
還是需要加急辦visa才能入境？
-No visa is needed now or in the future.
2.因為還沒有收到綠卡，LD是不是用EAD/AP combo card入境，需要什麽其他材料嗎？
-Bring the passport and the I-485 approval proof (print it out online).
3. 拿到綠卡以後需要通知人事部更新i-9嗎
-Yes. Show the green card to HR and they will deal with it.
還是什麽也不用做？
