再 請教一個 resumbit （I-130 和 I-485) filing address 的 問題。

 第一次遞交時， 我用了下麵兩個地址中的第二個：

USCIS Chicago Lockbox

For U.S. Postal Service (USPS) deliveries:

USCIS
PO Box 805887
Chicago, IL 60680-4120

For Express mail and courier deliveries:

USCIS
Attn: FBAS
131 South Dearborn - 3rd Floor
Chicago, IL 60603-5517

 

現在我要 resumbit， 我還我應該還可以用131 South Dearborn -3rd Floor 地址。因為我想用快遞。

但是 I-1797C 說 “please resubmit the application/pettion package with the appropriate fees to the address listed on the bottom of this page".  在 "bottem of this page" 隻列了上述地址裏的第一個。 而 這第一個地址似乎是不適合"Express mail and courier deliveries".

這是不是意味著， 我隻能用 regular USPS mail 郵寄到 PO Box 805887 的地址。 不能用快件郵寄了？
