父母這次來美簽的是10年簽證，入關給的半年有效日到這個月（四月）16日。今年一月中旬我們已經給父母遞交延期半年的申請，可現在查詢還在pending狀態。請問過了16號在延期未批狀態他們還可以合法留美嗎？

-If it is approved, then nothing will be affected. If it is denied, then they need to leave US as soon as possible (e.g. within 30 days from the date of the denial), and their current B-2 visa stamp on the passport is void, so they need to apply for a new visa to come to US in the future. They need to keep the B-2 extension approval or denial notice and use it for future visa application in China.
