尊敬的8老師，關於小孩回國問題

我小孩17歲，485 pending （沒申EAD，隻有Advanced Parole, based on我老公的的dependent, 我老公已綠，我和小孩都沒綠）。個人理解現在小孩身份應該是adjust of status, 沒有其他身份（沒申請H4）。請問隻使用護照和AP，小孩能回國而且安全回美國嗎？還是必須有H4才行？多謝指點！
