8老師好，現在在準備485的材料，有兩個問題請教

 

1）Employment Verification Letter是不是必須的，

-Yes.

如果是，是不是非要單位HR出？

-Right.

部門的director出行不行？

-No unless your I-140 is EB-1B.

Letter需要包括哪些內容，方便的話，能不能給個樣板link?

-You can Google "sample employment verification letter I-485".

 

2) 我愛人已經遞交了基於H4的三年EAD， after我的H1B 三年延期批準後。

那麽申請基於485的EAD，她用不用再申請啊？

-Right. She can apply for it after the H-4 EAD expires.

如果申請的話，是不是有可能三年EAD變成一年了，based on last action from USCIS.

 

那麽這樣的話，單獨申請AP行不行啊。

-Yes.  I-131 can be filed individually.
