在USCIS網站,輸入父親的3個Receipt#都有記錄. 但母親的隻有一個I-131的Receipt#有效, 其餘2個都無效,

網站顯示: Validation Error(s)
You must correct the following error(s) before proceeding: My Case Status does not recognize the receipt number entered. Please check your receipt number and try again. 

請問,這是什麽情況? 要盡快打電話嗎?
