原來申請的移民簽證批準了但過期了，又重新申請了移民，一切重頭申請。B2 簽證剛剛順利通過。準備五月份來美。
我的問題時：我可以可以告訴 USCIS 改成在美申請嗎？遞交I-130的時候我媽媽的地址在國內。
-Do nothing, and your mother can just file I-485. If NVC contact you later, then just reply to NVC that your mother has chosen to file I-485 within US, and ask NVC to stop processing the case there.
