我現在準備申請H4 ead卡，可是看到11項問以前是否申請過EAD，申請中心，時間，和所有的documents，我2010年申請過OPT，用opt工作了7，8個月，opt那個算EAD嗎?

如果算的話，2010年時間太久遠了，我卡都找不到了，更別說在哪個中心交的申請了和材料了，這個可怎麽辦呀？

-Just estimate the time (e.g. month, year), and the USCIS Serivce Center based on where you live.
