1. 綠卡遲遲沒批，去其他國家開會（不是中國），用Advance Parole (AP)回美國是否會有問題？

-No problem.

當初申請的時候隻說回中國探親。

2. AP Expiration date離入境時間小於15天，會被拒絕入境嗎？

-It will be fine as long as you return to US before the AP expires.
