I received a request for the employment letter.
My lawyer told me to write a letter to explain
to them that you filed the application yourself,
the petitioner is not your employer. Therefore
there should be no such requirement. I also
calle dthe immigration officer and basically
told the same story.

So I write them a letter. At the same time,
I still ask my empoyer writing a letter for me.
However, this is not a permanent job.
I just mailed them the letter recently
and waiting for the processing.
