打算換工作。現在學校工作5月底結束。新學校8月底開始。中間間隔3個月。目前已經申請綠卡 （eb1b），收到EAD卡，485還在pending。5月中旬就到了485 pending 180天了。想請教8老師我的這種情況應該如何減少因工作變動對485的影響呢？具體為（1）如果485遲遲不批，我應當要求新學校何時遞交我的H1b申請呢 ?

是不是應該拖到485pending 180天之後？

（2）我應何時告訴移民局更改地址呢？謝謝8老師
