想谘詢一個身份轉換的問題。我目前在H1 轉F1 的等候中，已經等了七八個月了，還在pending. 我已經開始在學校讀書。
我先生目前在美國TN身份，最近公司想給他申請H1，我的問題是我能否現在一起申請H4?
-Because you don't have a legal status currently, you can not get the H-4 within US at this point.
還是要等我的F1 通過了才能再轉H4?
-Yes, or you can go to China to get the H-4 visa to come back after your spouse get the valid H-1 status (e.g. after Oct. 1 if he had no H-1 status before).
