在幫持有綠卡的母親填表，幫國內的妹妹file I-130 親屬移民peition. 因為妹妹目前離婚，看了130 instruction， 需要的證明材料隻有兩樣：

1. 綠卡證明媽媽是有lawful permanent residence

2. 妹妹的出生公證證明他們的母女關係。

 

並未說明要任何證明成年子女婚姻是未婚或離婚的證明。 是不是130表格上填了是divorced就可以，不用交離婚書複印件呢？
