因為很可能公司給我工作的職位應該廣告已經打了夠三個月了。是不是就不用再打廣告，直接交perm就行了？還是說必須再單獨打三個月廣告才能perm？謝謝！

-Normally the current job advertisement (temporary postion)  does not meet the DOL requirement for PERM filing, so your employer employer still needs to advertise a position ( permanent position) for PERM specifically.
