再次請教尊敬的8老師，昨天按照您的指教打開連接後，發現的確如您所說，可能沒有交納USCIS Immigrant Visa Fee。但是，為什麽她入境時移民官收到總領館密封郵包後，移民官沒有告知交納USCIS immigrant fee，

-The information about immigtant fee should be indicated in the immigrant visa approval materials. She should have found it if she checked/read the documents carefully.

也沒有告知那個A No. 和 DOS No.。

三個月來也沒有收到任何通知？再次感謝您！跪拜了

-USCIS may take time to review her materials. But she should have read the approval documents carefully and it is her responsibilty to pay the fee.
