我老公多年拿綠卡後回國，在中國與我結婚並在中國育有一女。2011年我與女兒申請綠卡成功，我們一家搬回美國居住。今年我老公想入籍，請問我女兒能與我老公一同入籍嗎？

-Do you mean your husband is your child's biological father, not step-father? If yes, then your child will automatically be a US citizen when your husband becomes a US citizen if your child is less than 18 years old.

還是必須隨我入籍？因為我想保留綠卡，但希望女兒入籍。謝謝！
