I-94 Question

Hi Teacher 8, I entered in US with B2 but did not get I-94 on the airplane. Where can i get it? I got 6 month legal stay, when i fly back to china, do i need to submit my I-94 at the airplane, or INS automatically know my return date because the airplane reports to them my departure date?  Thank you for your help.
