我侄女藥學院畢業做了一年住院醫，把OPT給用了，沒有身份很難找到工作，我朋友有個谘詢公司是醫院管理方麵的，能不能讓他們雇我侄女辦綠卡呀，多謝多謝各位大俠!

-Depends on whether the position needs her major (藥學) background. Talk to a lawyer. She may ask the employer to sponsor her H-1B visa first because it seems impossible for her to file I-485 and get the EAD to work in a short period of time.
