我是拿到綠卡後直接給我丈夫遞的I-824，但現在I-824批準的通知有問題，有人說我應該先遞I-130，是這樣的嗎？我程序不對嗎？

-You had better visit the local USCIS Office to see what happened and ask them how to fix it. Are you sure you completed the I-824 correctly (i.e. choose "1.c. of Part 2)?

No I-130 is needed if you married your spouse before you got your green card.
