我妻子的EAD/AP card要renew, 但是她目前在中國，請問現在辦renewal 可以嗎？

-No. She needs to provide her I-94 of last entry for I-131 and I-765 filing after she returns.

還是她回來後再辦 ？

-Yes.

EAD/AP 到期日時2016/5/29，她準備5/21回來。
