請問8老師，如果公司支持，工作多久才可以申請EB1B?

請問8老師， 剛剛收到offer，還沒有payment, 但是公司支持辦理EB1B，那麽現在可以提交EB1B的I140了嗎？還是必須等有了幾個月的paystub之後才能提交EB1B的申請呢？
