太太h4, 最近要回國， AP還沒有批下來，可以回國嗎？回去是要get H4 visa?
-If she leaves before the AP approval, she has to apply for the H-4 visa to come back. She may try to go to the local USCIS Office to see whether she can get the emergency AP if she has the emergncy reason.
還是我把AP郵寄給她（到時 估計批下來了）。
