Thanks for your response. I really appreciate it. He has the the copy of I-94. He just lost the oldest I-20. When he first time came to US., and he never went back China in 11 years.
If my husband can not get the oldest I20 from his school, what should we do?
-His school Internationla Student Office should have the copy of his I-20 or F-1 status record. If he does not get it, ask the school to issue a letter to verify it and explain his I-20 was lost. Also, provide the transcript and diploma which can be used as the secondary evidence.
He is principal applicant. Do we need to submit the RFEof me and my son first?
-If the only one RFE letter to ask you to provide all of your family status proof, then you have to proivde all of the documents at the same time in one packet. Otherwise, your spouse I-485 will be denied and then yours also later.
Or just wait unitil my husband get the I-20? (I guess it is time-consuming, if he cannot get I-20 from his school)? Thanks
