Thanks so much for your reply, 8 老師。I do have an approved EB-3 I-140. Just the company's atterney says it will take 4-6 months to relink. If that is the case, I might just wait for the EB-2 PD to become current, which could be happening in the next couple of months.
-The relink will not affect your EB-2, and after you do the relink, your I-485 will be approved based on either your EB-3 I-140 or EB-2 I-140, whichever priority date is current earlier. So, just go ahead to do it.
How long would the relink take usually?
