我幫我母親填表格，在Part 5. Signature  Interpreter’s statement and Signature簽了字，

還需在 part 6 (Signature of person preparing form, if other than above)簽嗎？

Sponsor (我自己) 在Sponsor’s signature (6 a)簽字。不需要填 7 （interpreter Contact） 和 8 (Preparer )了吧。
