8老師,我怎麽辦啊?他們已經把case關了,我網上查詢,說是護照已經被簽收了。但隻簽收了一份啊。

 

你知道他們電話嗎?不會寄丟吧?

-It is possible. Ask your parents to check it with the Post Office or the Delivery Compnay Which delivered your mother's passport to see whether they have any tracking record about the mail. Also,  send  the US Consulate both an email and a mail again addressing that you only received your mother's, but not receive your father's yet, and ask them for the mail tracking number if they have mailed it out.
