教老師我去年6月底遞了綠卡renew申請，7月打了指紋，查了網上case status 隻顯示：Biometrics appointment was scheduled, 這正常嗎，是不是顯示指紋收到或in background checking.
同樣後來11月遞了N400申請，12月打了指紋，網上case status 隻顯示case received,
