我請教的問題是，1.我有I-140，再更新我的TN簽證會得到批準嗎？

-Yes, normally.

                           2. 如果可以，我是自己申請還是請律師幫我申請更好？-You can prepare the documents by yourself and ask the employer to sign it if the employer agrees you to do that.
