H１工作的，配偶對應 H４；
那綠卡的配偶呢？是不是配偶得有其它的簽證類型（比如F１上學等），才能來美國？
-There is not a visa specific for green card holder's spouse. Your spouse may try B-2 visa, etc. if she just plans for short visit. If she plans to live US permanently, you may sponsor her to apply for the immigrant visa.
還有個問題，公民給兄弟姐妹移民，那兄弟姐妹的孩子有沒有年齡限製，比如成年了就不能移過來？
-Yes. If CSPA age > 21, then the child will be age-out.
CSPA age = the child actual age when the I-130 priority date is current - the I-130 epdning dates.
