請教8老師: 持中國護照，在美國境內換工作，H-1B簽證trasferred 到新公司，拿到 I-797。是不是可以在加拿大旅遊期間到美國駐多倫多領事館激活簽證，還是必須返回中國，到美國駐中國大使館/領事館辦理？非常感謝！

-I am not sure. You may check the website of the US Consulate. But it is risky even if you can because if it is denied, you can not return to US from Canada, and have to fly to China to apply for the visa from Canada.
