我這種情況（eb5投資通過526之後在美國境內11-1日申請了b2旅遊簽證通過485轉換身份。i94是2016-2-17日。明年6月份排期到期。）
1、小孩可以憑借EAD上公立學校嘛（本地公立不收國際生，因為隻有b2 visa）
-No. I suggest that your child can file I-131 to apply for advance parole (AP), then go outside US and use AP to reenter US. Thus, your child' status will become a parolee, and can go to the school for study. Your child go to teh local USCIS toappy for the emergency AP if it is urgent.
2、是否可以上奧巴馬保險，也是拿EAD證明身份嗎？（遞交485之前隻能買國際旅遊險）
