我朋友5月之前B2(旅遊)簽證來美,因突然想要計劃在美國辦公司可能需要延期.有幾個相關問題:

1) 可以從B2(旅遊)延期成B1(商業)嗎?

-No. He only can apply for B-2 extension.

拒簽可能性大嗎?

2) 或成或拒,是否會影響以後來美簽證?

-If it is denied after the old I-94 expires, then he needs to leaves US immediatley (within one month), and it should not affect him to apply for a new visa to reenter US. But his old/current visa stamp will be void even if it does not expire, so he needs to apply for a new visa to enter US.

3) 現在隻有1個月了,是不是太晚了(I539建議45天前)?

-Fine.
