Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to you and all other teachers!

My daughter got her GC as my dependent over 5 years ago and she is now still a full-time postgraduate student in a university outside my home state. She is going to submit her n400 form. Her address with USCIS has been my home address in last 5 years and it is understood that she has to use her term address to submit n400. My questions are:

  1. Does she have to update her address with USCIS using her term address before she submits her n400 form?-She needs to file AR-11 online or by mail to updaue her address.
  2. If yes, does she need to wait for 3 months before submitting the n400?-Not need to wait if she has beeen there for > 3 months (provide the evidence of her residence such as her drive license issued by that state, her registration to the school).
  3. As she is not in her term address for a few months every year, i.e. during winter and summer vacation, she may miss letters from USCIS during her citizenship application. So she is thinking to use her term address to submit her n400 but use my home address as the mailing address so that she will not miss any USCIS letter. Is this ok for N400 application?-No problem. Mailing address can be different from the reseince address, but she had better put your name as the mail receiver for her, i.e. put your name in  "C/O' part.

Thank you very much!
