昨天又收到 移民局的給我的request for additional evidence。
certified copy of your birth certificate along with a full English translations, evidencing that XX(我母親) is your biological mother.(the translator must certify that the translation is complete and accurate, and that he/she is competent to translate. You must submit both the foreign language document and the english translation.)
以上兩封信都要將這個request 做cover letter 和需要提供的文件。
請教老師:
1, 給我的信，我提供我的出生公證。給我母親的信，也是提供一份我的出生公證嗎？我母親的出生公證也不能證明我們母女的關係。
-It is very confusing for the RFE for your mother. You had better contact USCIS to see what they really need. Based on the RFE, your mother only needs to provide her birth certificate. I guess USCIS just need your borth certificate, but they mistakenly sent the RFE to your mother, then they found the misatek, and then sent another RFE to you. But nayway, just provide what they asked for both RFEs.
2, 這兩封信有可能是讓我做戶口本公證嗎？
-No, but if the 戶口本 has both your name and your mother's name, you had better provide it for your mother RFE. If it does not contain both your names, not need to do it because the RFE does not require it.
