2013年7月底給我媽申請了綠卡，9月打完指紋一直沒有消息，12月我爸綠卡已經批準（兩人同時遞交）。後來一直沒有消息，電話問詢過好幾次，沒有實質性答複，一直到2015年4月麵試，後來又沒有消息，再打電話好幾次，8月要求第二次麵試，當時說30天會有答複，結果還是毫無消息。又打電話幾次無果。（我媽不是黨員，沒有任何政治、部隊方麵的背景。）最後上個月找了參議員去詢問。然後今天收到回複說是移民局讓重新提交體檢。錢和功夫還是小事，關鍵是我媽打了疫苗有反應，會不舒服很多天，但醫生又不認為這是不能打疫苗的情況。
查了一下規定，是這樣說的：Starting June 1, 2014, USCIS will limit the validity period for all Forms I-693, Report of Medical Examination and Vaccination Record, to one year from the date of submission to USCIS. Applicants must also submit Form I-693 to USCIS within one year of the immigration medical examination. USCIS will also provide additional ways to submit Form I-693. As outlined in policy alert PA-2014-005, this updated policy applies to any Form I-693 supporting a benefit application that USCIS adjudicates on or after June 1, 2014.
我的問題是，adjudicate 和case接收日期就是一樣嗎？如果不一樣，哪一天算adjudicate的時間？如果adjudicate的時間在2014年6月前，是不是可以說這個體檢不是需要的，是不是可以去跟參議員反應？另外，假如麵試才算adjudicate的時間，那麽是不是可以向參議員質疑為何移民局辦事不力造成我們不必要麻煩以免了再次打各種疫苗（兩次麵試都沒有及時向我們提出體檢表過期）。
再有，假如這次不及時提供新的體檢，這個case是不是就會被拒了？如果這樣，我媽接下來離境，以後如果就是一般商務簽證再來會有問題嗎？（綠卡申請是在簽證過期前提交的。）
-Your mother has to provide what the RFE asked. Just do the physical exam again. Normally she does not need to conduect the vaccine injection again, and the old results of the vaccine injection still can be used for the nedw physical exam report. Talk to the Dr. and the DR. will help her out.
