現在該怎麽辦？父母5月中旬來美，7月中旬我替他們申請綠卡。
9月底收到了工卡。AP一直沒有收到，網上的狀態是“on sep 21, 2015, we approved your form I131.....We will mail your approval notice. ”
但是到今天都沒有更新，也沒有寄出AP。請問我現在要怎麽辦？
-Probably the card they got is "EAD/AP combo card". Check the EAD card to see whether there is "Serves as I-512 Advance Parole" on the card. If yes, then this is EAD/AP combo card which can be used to travel and work. (i.e. it has the functions of both EAD and advance parole).
11月收到了兩封信，說父母的綠卡可能不需要麵試，但是時間有可能要延遲，讓半年沒有消息再打電話。這種情況他們的綠卡還要等多久？
