八老師，請問幾個問題：

我2月份要回國，回美國時要H1B VISA. 我需要把H1B approval notice 給consular officer看。
現在我的情況是這樣的。我有2個公司的approval notice，I-797A（original copy)在手上。一個是前公司的，
今年用前公司申請H1B，但是後來在1O月1日生效前被laid off,後來找到新公司H1B就轉到新公司。 另一個I-797A 是current employer.

1. I-797A notices of actions 上說要把那個下麵那個上麵“H1B petitioner valid from....until..... 的for personal record”
   can be used in applying in the new visa.
   我是否把2個公司的I-797A 上麵的for personal record 的那個信息都交給 consular officer，還是隻要交current employer 的I-797A？
   是交複印件還是原件？

2. 簽證時是否也要交I-797C.我沒有前公司的I-797C，是否需要向前公司一份copy？

3. 網上還有一個要求是 “Original letters from current and previous employers detailing your position and projects
                   you worked on and how long you worked with your employers。”
   這個是不是 offer letter 和job description？ 是否要求 current employer 出個文件說我在那裏工作多久了？
   一定要我一起的公司出這些我文件嗎？我以前工作的公司因為用CPT工作沒有offer letter，就沒有辦法出文件了。

4. 還有一條是"If you are currently working and holding H-1B status, please submit your pay slips for the current calendar year
   and your Federal tax returns (IRS Form 1040 and W-2) for all the years in which you have been employed in the United States."
   其中有一年我有W-2和 1099，是否也要把1099 一起交上。 因為IRS form上報的收入是包括1099上的income的。
