我計劃2月份回國一趟，REENTRY 美國時要 OBTAIN A NEW VISA(H1B)。 我看到 H1B APPROVE NOTICE I-797 A 和C 上有一句：“The petitioner may also file Form I-824, Application for Action on an Approved Application or Peptition, to request that we notify a consulate, port of entry , or pre-flight inspection office of this approval" .
那我是否應該FILE FORM I-824， 這樣USCIS 就會NOTIFY 我要簽證的CONSULATE 我的H1B APPROVED。
-Not need it. Just bring the H-1 approval notice and the support documents to the US Consulate to apply for the H-1B visa to come back.
