8老師，不好意思又麻煩您了！受益人持F1簽證，現在正在寫論文，學校已經批準其為part-time student。而遞交I-485表格時是需要F1全日製的。是否因為受益人的part-time student身份而不能在境內申請調整身份？期望您在百忙之中抽空回答一下。萬分感謝！
-There is not part-ime F-1 student. However, based F-1 rule, you don't need to register full-time course load at your last semester due to 寫論文 and your are still considered as ull-time F-1 student. So you need to ask your school International Student Office to make ure they still consider you as a full time F-1 student in SEVIS, just in case. So, you have no ptoblem to file I-485 but you have to graduate wen your last semester ends (no more -1 extension).
