Thank you so much! Our family just got green cards. My husband needs to work in China most of the time of a year. He returns to the U.S. every three or four months each year. In our case, should we apply a "Hui Mei Zheng" or "Bai Pi Shu" for him?
I heard it is for greencard holder who live outside of U.S. longer than a year. Sorry I don't have Chinese input tool so I have to use English.
