想請教綠卡後回國發展的兩個問題:
1. 綠卡和在中國滯留時間的問題: 太太會繼續在美國, 也有住處, 但是我如果回國開公司的話, 我是需要每年回來6個月麽? 時間上這一點貌似一直沒有確切答案... 我的intention是在美國居住.
-You can not stay outside US for > one year without reentry permit. The principle is that if you go forth and back between China and US too often, your green card will be cancelled. You had better apply for reentry permit to travel if you want to stay in China for > one year < two years.
2. 個稅的問題: 我在中國國內交過個稅之後, 每年4月15號還需要把稅後的收入再報一遍IRS再交一次美國的個稅麽? 工資, 股票收入具體怎麽算呢?
