我2013年L1簽證來到美國，2014年4月份遞交了140、485表格，但直到今日移民局一點動靜都沒有？？？？

律師、參議院都寫信問過移民局，回複都是在PENGDING 中，拖了這麽長時間了，請教下老師，究竟是怎麽回事？？？？？？
-In some I-485 cases, the backgound check may take a couple of years or even longer, and you can not do anything about it, but just wait.
