我辦J－１豁免時隻辦理我自己的，我女兒當時回國了（到目前為止一年半了）。現在我準備申請綠卡，請問我是否需要給她辦J－２豁免? 

-Have you listed your child in the J-1 waiver application, DS 3035? If yes, your child has automatically got J-2 waiver already. If no, she has to stay in China for at least two years since she left US, and then, apply for the immigration visa in China.

女兒她是否必須在美國我才可以一起申請的？

-You can file I-824 for her to apply for the immigration visa in China, or she can come to US to file I-485 with you when the priority date is current.

或者到什麽階段她必須在美國？
