請教，為母親申請綠卡？

請教版主，正在為媽媽申請綠卡，她是通過B2簽證來的，但是12月會帶她去加勒比海坐郵輪。

如果現在遞上去的話，坐完郵輪還能回來嗎？會不會有影響？
