給我領養的女兒辦移民，終於收到NVC 來信，要出生證，可我女兒是領養的， 我沒她的出生證， 但有國內的領養證，我應該怎麽回答NVC？就說沒有？

-If your adopted child is an orphan adopted from the orphanage, and her biological parents and her actual birthdate are unknown, then you may just provide the copy of the adoption certificate and explain it to NVC. Otherwise, if you know her biologival parents' names, place of birth and birthdate,  you may ask the 叫國內當地派出所出個證明，然後去公證處作個公證。

還有我填了I894EZ， 它要我填I894W，我當時是想我填I894EZ 以證明我有能力養她， 不知為啥非要我填I894W。謝謝您的回答

-Because you are a US citizen to sponsor your adopted child immigration visa (green card ) and the adopted child will automatically beocme a US citizen after she gets the green card, you don't need to file I-864 or I-864EZ, but need to file I-864W instead.
