請教8老師一個OPT期間回國再回美簽證的問題。我知道在沒有file I-140時是多半沒有問題的， 可以回來繼續OPT; 但如果NIW的I-140已經獲批了（正在排期中）呢？這時好像有移民傾向了，還能再申請F1的簽證嗎？如果沒法再申請F1簽證，是不是隻有申請H1或者等排期到後申請移民簽證了呢？
-It is very risky to travel to China uring OPT period with I-140 filing, so I don't suggest you to do that. You don't have a problem if you are H-1B holder in this case.
