還是說有幾年的保質期，這樣我什麽時候申請到了美國的一個滿意的工作，就可以通過file I-864來申請immigrant visa?

-Yes. But the I-824 and the immigrant visa application process may take about one year. So, you have to have a plan in advance. If possible, you may ask the employer to file H-1 for you and then, you enter US and file I-485.
