在您上次的解答中，您提到目前兄弟姐妹移民的I-130審理時間大概要4～5年左右。非常感謝！

但是我查了一下，每個移民局服務中心審理兄弟姐妹移民的I-130速度不一樣，而且差別很大。例如在加州移民服務中心剛剛審理到2011年6月22日，佛蒙特移民服務中心審理到2011年10月31日，但是內布拉斯加服務中心和德克薩斯服務中審理的速度卻很快，分別是5個月和10個月左右的時間。

按照移民局的CSPA age = the child actual age when the PD is current - I-130 pending time，

煩請老師解答如下問題：

1. 是不是I-130的審理時間應該是越長越好-Yes in your case.
2. 為什麽移民局的各個服務中心的審理速度不一樣？-I really don't know.
3. I-130的審理速度不一樣，對CSPA age計算會有影響嗎？-Yes.
4. 申請人可以選擇I-130的審理時間長的服務中心嗎？-No. But as far as I know, most I-130 cases for the siblings of a US citizen take several years to be approved, and I have never heard this kind of cases took only a few months for approval. So, it seems most the cases are processed in VSC or CSC. So, you may just file I-130 now and see how lucky you are. It does not hurt you to do it as soon as possible (you only need to pay the I-130 fee now), even if your brother gives up immigration to US in the future.
