Notice of approval 沒收到， 這可怎麽辦?

網上查的， NIW I140 批準了, 但因為搬家的問題， 正式通知沒收到， 可以不附加通知隻附加收據遞交485 嗎? 多謝回答.

I recently learn from CIS website that my I140 NIW has been
approved. But as I moved and changed the address, I didn't receive the
official approval letter. Do you think if I can proceed to adjust my
status of I485 without obtaining the official notice of action, or should
I call them and try to get the letter first?(I still don't know what to do
to get the letter).
